Shipping
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email and then typically shipped within 1-3 business days (4-5 days for the West Coast and Canada).
In the event that your order is damaged in transit or lost, please call or email us ASAP at sundancecoatings@gmail.com with your order number, and we will ship you out a replacement or give you a full refund if requested.
All shipping costs for 5-gallon products are free in the contiguous US except in WA, CA, OR, ID, MT, UT, WY, CO, NV, NM, & AZ for which a 5 % fee will be added to help offset the added cost.
*We now ship our LOG*1 COAT to Canada, the cost includes a 15% add-on for taxes, duties, and shipping per 5 gallons. Your cost is approximately $100 added per 5 Gallons. You must email the order with shipping info, and we will send you an TBD updated, detailed invoice for your review before you commit. Then pay to have it shipped out.
REFUNDS
Any unopened pails can be returned for full reimbursement minus a 15 % restocking fee and the cost of a shipping label.
